RETURN POLICY

Right of Withdrawal – Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Pasquini with an explicit statement, which can be sent by registered mail.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within 14 days from the day they communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with Article 57 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete with all parts, and with the attached fiscal documentation. Pasquini will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products (excluding packaging and shipping fees, as provided by Italian law) after verifying that the conditions have been met.

Pasquini will refund the amount paid by the customer once the returned product is received. The refund will be made via credit to the customer’s bank account or credit card used at the time of the transaction or via PayPal. The refund will not incur any additional costs for the customer.

Pasquini will not refund any shipping costs or packaging costs for the return shipment.

International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lucca.
